What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Maintain the Administrator's email, calendar, and schedule
  • Act on behalf of the Administrator, including signature authority on correspondence
  • Supervise administrative support staff and coordinate their activities
  • Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and budget tracking
  • Serve as an HR Liaison for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Four (4) years of progressive experience in office, clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, or general administrative work
  • Two (2) years of experience providing administrative support to a supervisor or mid-level manager
  • One (1) year of experience composing, formatting, proofreading, and editing professional correspondence
  • Proficient in using computer programs for documentation and communication
  • Ability to promote and support a respectful and inclusive workplace
