Administrative Assistant - Construction Management

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide essential administrative and clerical support to the construction management team.

  • Manage incoming calls, visitors, deliveries, and mail for the project site.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up documentation.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with PeopleSoft and Box Systems preferred.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities and adapting quickly to change.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license for intermittent travel.
