What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Manage internal and external communications through phone, email, and written correspondence
- Coordinate office calendar and schedule appointments with stakeholders
- Maintain database management, including data entry into Excel and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Provide timely and accurate documentation according to established policies and procedures
