Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage phone coverage, mail distribution, and front desk/reception duties.
  • Provide rotational support in critical areas such as mailroom operations, claims intake, and general office administration.
  • Perform precise data entry, document imaging, and ensure electronic records are updated accurately.
  • Offer essential administrative support to leadership and various teams, including scheduling, coordination, and clear communication.
  • Oversee office supplies, assist with new employee onboarding processes, and adeptly resolve administrative discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, demonstrating strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience preferably gained within healthcare, government, or business operations.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
