About The Role
As the Agile Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Agile Practices and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve important technical problems.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead continuous planning with a rolling quarter plan.
- Maintain engineering team schedules and translate estimates to milestones.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
- Remove obstacles and promote Agile best practices.
- Coordinate communication between teams, departments, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to manage the product backlog.
- Support JIRA management and provide agile performance metrics.
About You
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field and 5+ years in an Agile environment. Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
