About The Role

As the Agile Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Agile Practices and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve important technical problems.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Lead continuous planning with a rolling quarter plan.
  • Maintain engineering team schedules and translate estimates to milestones.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Remove obstacles and promote Agile best practices.
  • Coordinate communication between teams, departments, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to manage the product backlog.
  • Support JIRA management and provide agile performance metrics.

About You

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field and 5+ years in an Agile environment. Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
