What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Define and lead ORBCOMM’s AI strategy, drive AI/ML innovation on multi-cloud platforms, identify emerging AI technologies, and champion a culture of innovation.
- Customer-Centric Value Delivery: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate customer needs into AI-driven solutions and deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Execution Excellence: Build and lead cross-functional teams, oversee architecture and integration of AI models, and establish KPIs and governance frameworks.
- Global Collaboration & Influence: Partner with global R&D, engineering, and innovation hubs, represent ORBCOMM in industry forums, and foster strategic alliances.
- Leadership & Culture: Inspire teams through authentic leadership, cultivate a high-performance, inclusive culture, and mentor emerging leaders.
Who You Are
You are a visionary technology leader with 15+ years in technology leadership, proven AI/ML expertise, and hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments. You possess exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills, and are experienced in global, matrixed organizations.
