About the Sales Manager Role

Role Responsibilities/Duties

  • High focus on lead outreach, conversion, and generation.
  • Greet everyone enthusiastically and provide studio tours.
  • Sell memberships, follow up with prospects, and handle member concerns.
  • Participate in marketing events and work with management to hit monthly KPIs.
  • Cross-train with Operations Manager on facility issues.

Qualifications
