At Orangetheory Fitness, we need Sales Managers who can unlock the power of our workout for others. You will bring new people into the studio, discuss their fitness goals, and support them on their journey.

Role Responsibilities
- Focus on lead outreach, conversion, and generation.
- Greet all studio visitors with enthusiasm and energy.
- Conduct studio tours and sell memberships.
- Follow up with prospective members and resolve concerns.
- Participate in marketing, outreach events and assist with facility tasks.
- Work with the manager to achieve monthly KPIs.
Personal Attributes
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and relationship building ability.
- Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for sales and fitness with excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness.
