About the Sales Manager Role

Get fit, help others, and have fun! Join the Orangetheory Fitness team as a Sales Manager and unlock the power of the Orangetheory workout for others. You will bring new people into the studio, discuss their fitness goals, and guide them on their fitness journey.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, persistent, and solution-driven. You should be confident, reliable, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach, conversion, and lead generation
  • Greet visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Conduct studio tours and sell memberships
  • Follow up with prospective members
  • Handle member concerns professionally
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events
  • Collaborate with the manager to meet monthly KPI’s
  • Cross-train with Operations Manager on facility issues

Qualifications & Personal Attributes

Required qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry. Key personal attributes include strong sales and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask independently while meeting deadlines.
