Responsibilities
- Create alignment in the region based on Thrive’s Mission, Vision & Purpose.
- Exceed target profitability for studios and market aggregates.
- Recruit, train, and assimilate management for the market.
- Develop training manuals and execution guides.
- Maintain full management staffing across studios.
- Implement operational systems for visibility into key initiatives.
- Lead regular staff meetings focusing on development and KPIs.
- Oversee studio expenses and inventory management.
- Conduct coaching, performance appraisals, and continuous feedback.
- Utilize Tangerine, Studio Portal, and reporting tools for efficiency.
- Collaborate interdepartmentally with Sales & Fitness teams.
- Partner with Human Resources to foster a trusting work environment.
- Conduct regular site visits ensuring high service standards.
- Address member concerns promptly via L360 platforms.
- Monitor market competitive landscape and adjust operations accordingly.
- Participate in budget planning and financial decisions.
- Provide franchisee support through assessments and calls (if applicable).

Travel & Experience
This position requires 80% travel within the given market and a minimum of 3 years of operational multi-unit management experience. Experience in P&L oversight, budget forecasting, KPI evaluation, recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management is essential.
