About Oracle
At Oracle NetSuite, a team of 35+ User Experience Research professionals shape the core elements of the NetSuite product alongside over 150 creative professionals. Engaging with NetSuite leadership and contributing to the Redwood design system, Oracle transforms business through innovative technology.
Your Role as a User Experience Researcher
In this role, you will lead research strategy and methodologies for foundational NetSuite products including onboarding, navigation, search, data management, and design systems. You will deliver insights that influence product strategy, drive investment decisions and integrate user research into product development. Balancing big-picture thinking with detailed analysis, your work will guide cross-functional teams and shape enterprise-level user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic and tactical research.
- Conduct foundational and generative research on user behaviors.
- Synthesize studies to reveal patterns and actionable insights.
- Mentor researchers and establish rigorous research methodologies.
- Work globally with a network of over 35 researchers.
Qualifications And Skills
A minimum of 8 years in user research with expertise in enterprise domains, usability evaluations, and AI-enhanced research techniques are required. A degree in Psychology, HCI, or related field is desired. Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, and communication skills are essential. Flexibility to work with distributed teams and up to 5% travel is needed.
