The role is based at one of Oracle's designated hub locations: Austin, TX; Santa Clara, CA; Seattle, WA; or Nashville, TN. About the Team: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) stands as the first cloud specifically engineered for the enterprise. The OCI team is dedicated to developing a comprehensive suite of cloud infrastructure products. This includes robust Compute products like Bare-Metal compute, Virtual Machines, Kubernetes Services, and Serverless Computing. Storage solutions feature Block Store, Object Store, and File Systems. Networking capabilities encompass SDN, Load Balancers, and DNS. Security products include Key management and Identity systems. Furthermore, Platform products such as Notifications, Monitoring, and Streaming are integral to OCI's offerings. Key Responsibilities of an Undergrad Technical Program Manager, OCI
As an Undergrad Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire development and implementation process of specific company products. This role involves collaborating with departmental or cross-functional teams, all focused on the successful delivery of new or existing products. Your duties will include:
- Planning and directing project schedules.
- Monitoring project budgets and spending.
- Overseeing the project from its initiation phase through to successful delivery.
- Organizing interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Assigning and monitoring the work of systems analysis and program staff, providing essential technical support and direction.

To be considered for the Undergrad Technical Program Manager position within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, you must meet the following Objective Minimum Qualifications. It is crucial that your application clearly demonstrates how you meet these requirements, particularly by listing relevant academic, professional, or personal projects on your resume.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent major, with graduation by summer 2026.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate abstract ideas.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and escalate issues as needed.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Required experience with Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated proactiveness and initiative, even when tasks are outside the immediate role, coupled with excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion and delivery of work.
- Completion of at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience working with relevant areas noted above.
- Currently attending a university in the US.
- Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2026.

Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
Compensation and Benefits
The hiring range for this position in the US is from $52,000 to $112,600 per year, with potential eligibility for bonus and equity. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees, which includes:
