About the Role
As a Technology Enablement Specialist, you will blend expertise in selling best practices, coaching, and hands-on technology enablement to accelerate Oracle’s sales teams’ adoption of AI-driven solutions, sales systems, and productivity tools. You will transform how sellers leverage technology by making complex concepts accessible, actionable, and tailored to real-world sales scenarios.
Objectives
Empower sales professionals to embrace AI and digital tools, accelerate adoption of AI-powered tools and Oracle’s sales stack, and serve as a trusted advisor for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Observe: Capture real-world sales application of AI and digital tools.
- Coach: Deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions on Oracle’s sales technology.
- Advise: Work with stakeholders to design tailored enablement interventions.
- Champion Change: Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Resource Creation: Develop toolkits and knowledge-sharing initiatives around AI and sales technology.

Preferred Qualifications
10+ years in technology/application sales, sales enablement or technical training. Experience with Oracle solutions and virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) is a plus. Ability to travel up to 30%.
