About the Role
As a Technology Enablement Specialist at Oracle, you will blend expertise in selling best practices, coaching, and hands-on technology enablement to accelerate Oracle’s sales teams’ adoption of AI-driven solutions, sales systems, and productivity tools. You will transform how our sellers leverage technology by making complex concepts accessible, actionable, and tailored to real-world sales scenarios.
Objectives
Empower sales professionals and leaders to embrace AI, digital tools, and next-gen systems for higher efficiency; accelerate adoption and proficiency with AI-powered tools and Oracle’s sales technology stack; serve as a trusted advisor and learning partner.
Responsibilities
- Observe: Capture real sales scenarios to inform product roadmap.
- Coach: Deliver one-on-one and group coaching on Oracle’s sales tools.
- Advise: Partner with stakeholders to design tailored enablement interventions.
- Champion Change: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Continuous Improvement: Track adoption metrics and iterate programs.
- Resource Creation: Develop toolkits and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications & Benefits
10+ years in technology/application sales, sales enablement, or technical training are preferred.
