Responsibilities
As a Technical Writer, you will:
- Collaborate on the design of quality documentation that adheres to a common language and style guide.
- Work closely with developers, other writers, and our software to learn about complex technical concepts.
- Write about complex technical concepts in official documentation.
- Learn from experienced technical writers and software developers when you get stuck on difficult problems.
- Learn about the Agile software development process and how to actively contribute as a Technical Writer.

Objective Minimum Qualifications
- Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, English Literature, Rhetoric and Professional Writing or equivalent by August 2026.
- Graduated within 12 months of the cohort start date of June/July 2026.
- Excellent English written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Interest in Technology, Software Development, and Computer Science.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn from and teach others.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with SQL or Markdown.
- Familiarity with XML, scripting, or programming languages.
- Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Experience with Confluence and Jira.
