Overview
As a Technical Analyst 4-Support at Oracle, you will serve as the technical interface to customers, OEMs and VARs. You will be responsible for issue resolution related to Oracle product installations, maintenance, and usage, leveraging deep product knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer and systems support for Oracle Integration Cloud and related Oracle products.
- Troubleshoot and analyze application servers and new technologies.
- Collaborate remotely with partners, customers and software developers.
- Analyze and resolve issues, document product defects, and review technical publications.
- Offer technical advice and solutions with minimal direction.
Experience & Qualifications
Applicants require 4 to 10 years of strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA Suite, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. A technical degree (BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, etc.) or equivalent professional experience is required. Proven troubleshooting skills, ability to interpret stack traces and logs, and excellent communication are key.
Desired & Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA Cloud Service, and Oracle Database.
- Strong customer support and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems independently.
- Knowledge of Java, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and troubleshooting network traces.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from approximately $64,200 to $141,200 per year. A comprehensive benefits package is available including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and more.
