About the Role
As a Supplier Sourcing Program Manager at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in interfacing with development and supplier stakeholders to ensure the continuous provision of essential materials and components for the company's product supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert direction and specialized knowledge in supply chain strategies, focusing on continuous cost improvement through strategic partner negotiations.
- Develop and implement supply chain standards, communicating detailed product standards and specifications to suppliers to ensure compliance and quality.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis of suppliers, develop comprehensive cost models, perform market analysis, and evaluate alternative supply chain options.
- Rigorously evaluate submitted proposals and quotes against established Oracle standards and requirements.
- Recommend and qualify new suppliers who meet both stakeholder needs, competitive cost benchmarks, and product standards.
- Negotiate and execute supplier contractual agreements, consistently working to sustain product competitiveness in the market.
- Deliver comprehensive supplier performance feedback to ensure all Oracle standards and expectations are consistently achieved.
- Create and implement strategic supply chain initiatives and improvements aimed at driving efficiencies and embedding best practices across operations.
- Cultivate constructive relationships with diverse stakeholders, involving direct interaction with various Oracle lines of business and external suppliers.
- Influence product selection decisions with stakeholders, prioritizing factors such as continuity of supply, cost-effectiveness, and technological alignment.
Qualifications
This role is designated as Career Level - IC3.
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may require compliance with applicable immunization and occupational health mandates.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to stated locations only.
US Hiring Range: $79,100 - $158,200 per year. Potential eligibility for bonus and equity.
