This position works with federal clients and requires US Citizenship. As a Staff Clinical Consultant, you will drive customer engagement through designing clinical and business processes, technology workflow solutions and successful adoption to achieve targeted outcomes. Responsibilities include change management, facilitating workflow reviews, and guiding clinical teams towards the effective use of Oracle's solutions.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through change processes and workflow reviews.
- Integrate clinical activities with business process changes.
- Provide clinical expertise and consulting for Oracle's healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate with federal customers and internal Oracle clinical and technical teams.
- Achieve key performance indicators through effective adoption of electronic health records.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing, at least 8 years of combined work experience including 5 years licensed healthcare practice, and a minimum of 1-year clinical consulting or HCIT experience. A professional license as a Registered Nurse is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Informatics, background with Federal agencies, and experience implementing large scale EHR projects.
Travel & Additional Details
