Overview
As a Staff Clinical Consultant at Oracle, you will work with federal clients to drive clinical and business process design, technology workflow, and adoption of Oracle's healthcare solutions. The role requires US Citizenship and involves working closely with clinical and technical teams to deliver transformative health technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through change management and process redesign.
- Coordinate clinical activities and workflow reviews.
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise and consulting.
- Collaborate with federal and Oracle teams to achieve key performance indicators.
- Support successful adoption of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required along with at least 8 years of combined experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years in licensed health care practice and at least 1 year in clinical consulting or HCIT roles. A valid Registered Nurse license is mandatory. Additional qualifications include: advanced degree in Informatics, federal experience, and experience with large-scale EHR projects.
Travel & Work Arrangement
This role requires 50% - 60% travel. The job is remote with engagement largely centered on US federal clients.
