The Opportunity: Staff Clinical Consultant
As a Staff Clinical Consultant at Oracle, you will be pivotal in guiding our federal clients through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflows, and successful adoption, ensuring they achieve defined value. This role involves managing ongoing customer relationships, providing expert clinical subject matter expertise focused on maximizing customer success with Oracle's solutions. Utilizing Oracle's established implementation methodology, you will assist in change management, identify improvement opportunities, facilitate workflow reviews, and ultimately drive projects to achieve their targeted outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an experienced clinical professional, leveraging a broad understanding of practices and solutions to guide customers through the change process required for achieving key performance indicators related to the adoption of electronic health records (EHR) across various services.
- Employ effective consulting skills during project events to coordinate the integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews.
- Facilitate business process change and provide change management consulting to address organizational aspects during the implementation of new enabling technologies.
- Focus significantly on change management and end-user adoption to ensure successful integration and utilization of solutions.
- Engage actively with staff and leadership from Federal customers, as well as members of the broader Oracle clinical and technical teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 5 years of licensed health care practice.
- At least 1 year of clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience.
- Professional license required: Registered Nurse - State Board.
- Commitment to working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understanding personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and taking appropriate action to prevent and report any security compromises within the scope of the position.
- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- US Citizenship is required for this position working with federal clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Informatics.
- Background in working with Federal agencies.
- Experience implementing large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) projects.
Work Arrangement & Travel
This role is remote (#remote). Please note that this position can require 50% - 60% travel.
Compensation & Benefits
The hiring range in USD is from $79,100 - $158,200 per year, and may be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (flexible vacation or accrued vacation, 11 paid holidays, 72 hours paid sick leave), paid parental leave, adoption assistance, and employee stock purchase plan, among others.
