Key Responsibilities
Guide customers in designing clinical and business processes and workflows; drive change management and end user adoption; integrate clinical activities and workflows; and ensure successful utilization of Oracle's solutions. Engage with staff and leadership from Federal clients along with Oracle's clinical and technical teams.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing and active RN license
- At least 8 years of related experience with 5+ years in licensed healthcare practice
- At least 1 year in clinical consulting or HCIT
- Advanced degree in Informatics and experience with Federal agencies preferred
- Experience implementing large scale Electronic Health Record project is an advantage
- Willingness to travel 80%-100%
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation ranges from USD 79,100 to 158,200 per year, with eligibility for bonus and equity. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off and more.
