Your Role as a Staff Clinical Consultant
As a Clinical Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflows, and successful adoption strategies that lead to achieved value. You will manage ongoing relationships with customers, providing critical clinical subject matter expertise and focusing on their success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. Employing Oracle's implementation methodology, you will assist in change management, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate workflow reviews to achieve targeted project outcomes.
This role requires an experienced clinical professional with a broad understanding of healthcare practices and solutions. You will guide customers through the necessary change processes to meet defined key performance indicators related to the adoption of electronic health records (EHR) across various services.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize effective consulting skills during project events to coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews.
- Facilitate business process change and provide comprehensive change management consulting to ensure organizational aspects are addressed during new technology implementation.
- Focus on change management and end-user adoption to ensure successful integration of enabling technologies.
- Engage with staff and leadership from Federal customers, as well as members of the broader Oracle clinical and technical teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 5 years of licensed health care practice.
- At least 1 year of clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience.
- Professional license required: Registered Nurse - State Board.
- Ability to work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, safeguarding corporate and client assets.
- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Informatics.
- Background in working with Federal agencies.
- Experience implementing large scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) projects.
Travel & Work Arrangement
Please note that this role can require 50% - 60% travel. This is a remote position.
Compensation and Benefits
Oracle offers a competitive salary range in USD from $79,100 to $158,200 per year, with potential eligibility for bonus and equity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. This includes flexible vacation for salaried employees (13 days annually for the first three years, 18 days annually thereafter), 11 paid holidays, 72 hours of paid sick leave annually, paid parental leave, adoption assistance, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
