Sr. Principal Product Manager - OCI Security Access

Oracle's Enterprise Engineering organization is building and managing critical infrastructure, platforms, and services for our global workforce, especially our engineering teams. The Internal Secure Access product is a key component, providing secure, reliable, and streamlined access to internal resources, development environments, and corporate data for Oracle employees and systems. This platform is vital for protecting Oracle's intellectual property, ensuring operational continuity, and enabling rapid innovation.

Oracle is looking for a seasoned and visionary Senior Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and adoption for Oracle's Internal Secure Access. This influential role requires deep expertise in security principles, enterprise IT infrastructure, and a passion for improving developer productivity and internal user experience. You will define and deliver a best-in-class internal secure access experience that meets evolving internal community needs, aligns with corporate security, and drives operational efficiencies. You will represent the voice of internal users, collaborating with executive leadership in Enterprise Engineering, corporate security, various engineering groups, and operations to deliver impactful solutions.

Superior executive communication skills and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple business lines are essential.

Responsibilities

• Internal Product Vision & Strategy: Define and champion a compelling long-term vision and strategy for Oracle's Internal Secure Access platform, aligning with Enterprise Engineering goals, corporate security policies, and the future of work at Oracle.
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop, own, and manage a multi-year product roadmap focused on internal user needs, security enhancements, operational stability, and engineering productivity. Make data-driven prioritization decisions based on internal impact, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment.
• Internal Stakeholder & User Intimacy: Serve as a leading expert on the secure access needs of Oracle's diverse internal engineering teams and other employee segments. Engage deeply with internal users to validate product direction.
• Technical Leadership & Solution Design: Partner closely with senior internal architects and engineering leads to drive innovation in internal access solutions, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, reliability, and a seamless user experience for Oracle employees.
• Internal Adoption & Change Management: Collaborate with internal communications, training, and support teams to develop and execute effective strategies for driving adoption of new secure access features and platforms across Oracle's global workforce. Measure and improve user satisfaction and productivity gains.
• Security Posture Enhancement: Work in lockstep with Oracle's corporate security teams to ensure the Internal Secure Access platform implements the latest security best practices, meets internal compliance requirements, and helps to continuously improve Oracle's overall security posture.
• Executive & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, and risks to senior executive stakeholders within Enterprise Engineering, Identity, and Security organizations. Build consensus and drive alignment across diverse internal teams.
• Operational Excellence & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of internal secure access solutions. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform stability, user satisfaction, and security effectiveness.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to other product managers or team members within the Enterprise Engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
• US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 - $251,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
• Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours; Paid parental leave; Adoption assistance; Employee Stock Purchase Plan; Financial planning and group legal; Voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insurance.
