Team Overview

You will support a prominent Midwestern academic medical center by optimizing clinical workflows in Oracle Health Millennium. You will join a team split between India and the United States, working on both operational changes and advanced workflow standardization projects.

Position Overview

This remote role calls for a highly experienced Physician analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Health Millennium applications. You will focus on Ambulatory workflow optimization, Critical Care workflow implementation, and Multi-Disciplinary Rounding by assessing current clinical states and planning future configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clinical stakeholders to tailor Oracle Health Millennium applications.
  • Assess current workflows and recommend efficiency enhancements.
  • Manage multiple optimization projects from analysis to post-implementation support.
  • Provide expert guidance on platform customizations including MPages and Dynamic Documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and virtual sessions.
  • Monitor project outcomes, track metrics, and report progress.
  • Stay current with Oracle Health Millennium updates and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications

  • Current nursing license and at least two years bedside care experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Informatics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Health Millennium implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Multi-disciplinary Rounding, MPages, and Dynamic Documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and remote collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Critical Care workflows and data analysis tools.
  • Certification in Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium or related credentials.
  • Understanding of academic medical center challenges.
