The Program
This program offers several weeks of NetSuite-specific onboarding, followed by team assignments in various departments at the Brno office. This is a hybrid role, requiring a certain number of days in the office, determined by your team. You will gain exposure to diverse aspects of the product and codebase, participate in approximately 10 knowledge expansion sessions (covering topics from security to tech writing to growth), and receive opportunities to network with leadership and a dedicated mentor.

What You’ll Do as a Software Engineer, Fresh Graduate
We are seeking a best-in-class Software Engineer, Fresh Graduate interested in innovative front-end or full-stack web development with a strong passion for quality. Joining Oracle NetSuite in Brno, you will be finishing university this academic year (2025/2026) and have no prior full-time work experience. You will leverage your knowledge and creativity to conceptualize and build innovative new systems, covering the entire lifecycle from requirement definition, design, implementation, and testing, through to deployment and bug fixing. Successful candidates will champion clean code, quality, and SOLID principles, working on groundbreaking technologies to solve real-world problems within a collaborative, agile environment.
A key responsibility will be managing the team's test automation strategy. This involves keeping abreast of current company-wide test frameworks, monitoring plans for technology deprecation, and introducing new ones, ensuring team members receive appropriate guidance.
What You’ll Bring (Objective Minimum Qualifications)
- Computer Science degree (or related Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math field).
- Hybrid working model: minimum 3 days in the office, dependent on team structure.
- Front-end coding skills: Javascript/ECMAScript (mandatory); desired TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS.
- Back-end coding skills: mandatory any object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Kotlin); desired any unit testing framework.
- Intimate understanding of modern web applications and database-driven applications like SQL. Optional: knowledge or experience with an ORM framework.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to abstract functional requirements.
- Excellent communication abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts.
- Analytical mindset, eager to collaborate in a team and committed to skill development.
