Software Development Senior Manager at Oracle

Responsibilities
- Grow and lead an engineering team of 6-10 engineers
- Lead projects spanning multiple domains including networking, security, and compliance
- Own service design, project planning, and delivery
- Cultivate best practices in software development and documentation
- Drive operational excellence and collaborate on roadmaps
- Communicate project status at the senior leadership level
- Participate in a Manager On-call rotation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience growing and leading teams
- 3+ years of managing large, complex technical projects
- Experience with large scale global distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and observability
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable project management experience across functions
