We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Developer (IC3) to join our team. Your primary focus will be designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline processes and improve system efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and automation scripts ensuring scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find automation opportunities.
• Implement robust APIs, microservices, and workflow automation frameworks.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code with comprehensive tests.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize automation solutions in production.
• Document solutions, processes, and best practices for internal use.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Compensation: The role is designed for US candidates with a salary range from $79,800 to $178,100 per year. Eligibility for bonus and equity may apply. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.
