As a Site Reliability Developer 4, you will operate production environments including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations with an emphasis on automation and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop automation and optimization focused on operational excellence.
  • Conduct deep dive investigations, root cause analysis and solving systemic issues.
  • Enhance operational quality through scalable automations.
  • Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize production servers.
  • Provide escalated technical support and lead complex incident bridges.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
  • Support Oracle production environments with system upgrades, patching, and bug fixes.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and drive process optimization.

Requirements

  • Permanently resident in Romania.
  • Experience with Linux System Administration, Networking, Storage, Compute, and Virtualization.
  • 5+ years in development and scripting technologies.
  • Proficiency with service management and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and orchestration tools.
  • Experience managing large-scale incident bridges and a customer focus.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technical skills and transfer knowledge.
