About the Role
The Senior Sourcing Recruiter at Oracle drives candidate identification and pipeline generation strategies for dedicated business groups and hiring initiatives. Working in partnership with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors, this role focuses on attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Understand talent profiles and role requirements including keywords and experience.
- Collaborate with Talent Advisors, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders.
- Create and execute talent attraction and sourcing strategies at scale.
- Manage the full end-to-end process of sourcing with peer support.
- Implement diversity sourcing strategies and participate in inclusive hiring.
- Deliver a transparent candidate experience while monitoring competitive ecosystems.
- Utilize data and reporting to improve hiring processes.
- Engage in special projects and additional recruiting initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Additional Information
Applicants should have a deep understanding of candidate sourcing, diversity strategies, and data-driven recruiting. Salary range in the US is from $70,600 to $141,200 per year with potential bonus and equity, and Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package.
