Job Description

Senior Sales Consultant at Oracle

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of Oracle's sales organization, leveraging your deep product knowledge and sales expertise to present and demonstrate Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud solutions. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, capable of working independently to meet short timelines and contribute to sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Actively maintain deep knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
  • Present and demonstrate Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud solutions, including current offerings and future roadmap enhancements.
  • Analyze and position Oracle solutions against competitive offerings in Cloud applications or similar technologies.
  • Showcase case studies of reference accounts to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals, providing accurate product and solution information.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, effectively linking them to relevant Oracle solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and superior presentation skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key product stakeholders such as Product Marketing, Development, Strategy, and Partners.
  • Contribute directly to the achievement of product and business unit sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years minimum experience in a related field.
  • Previous (Pre-Sales) demonstration experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications (e.g., SCM Cloud, Agile, EBS, JDE).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Cloud architecture.
  • CPIM or related professional certifications are a significant plus.
