Job Summary

As the Senior Project Manager Data Center Construction, you will develop and implement comprehensive plans that optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence. You will manage vendor relationships, mitigate risks, and oversee end-to-end delivery of data center and network build initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the program from planning to delivery.
  • Develop long-term strategies for construction and network projects.
  • Coordinate design, construction and tenant integration.
  • Manage vendors, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance through project visits.

Required Skills

Strong analytical problem-solving, strategic planning, technical data center knowledge and project management expertise. Proven leadership, budget management and vendor negotiation skills are required.
