Job Summary

As the Senior Project Manager Data Center Construction and Delivery, you will develop and implement comprehensive plans to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will manage high-stakes vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and oversee end-to-end delivery of data center and network capacity projects. Your role is key in managing construction projects vital for customer deliveries while coordinating with design, engineering, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery from strategic planning to completion.
• Develop long-term strategies for data center construction and network projects.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams for coordinated execution.
• Manage tenant fit out projects and LV integration seamlessly.
• Select, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders and ensure quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong problem-solving, strategic planning, technical knowledge in data center design and construction, advanced project management, leadership, budget management, risk management, and vendor management experience are essential.
