About the Role

Seeking a Senior Program Manager - Cybersecurity for Oracle Health & Analytics Federal PMO to oversee and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives. This role focuses on scan tracking, work assignment, and remediation planning within Oracle systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, deep knowledge of cybersecurity practices, and expertise in analyzing scan data to prioritize and assign tasks effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities and the development of Plans of Actions and Milestones (POAMs) for complex issues.

Responsibilities

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity project management, with at least 3 years working with Oracle systems
  • Proven experience in vulnerability management, scan analysis, and POAM development
  • Must be a US Citizen eligible for a federal security clearance

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity scanning tools and vulnerability management processes.
  • Expertise in Oracle system architecture and security protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in developing and tracking POAMs and remediation plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or FISMA.

Qualifications

Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

Salary and Benefits

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 - $158,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
