Oracle Cloud is actively seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving cross-Oracle strategic programs. This high-visibility, fast-paced position demands a highly organized and driven individual who excels at managing multiple workstreams, driving execution, and ensuring the delivery of key milestones.

In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering critical improvement initiatives through close partnership with stakeholders across the entire enterprise. You will collaborate extensively with Oracle product management teams, service teams, global business practices, and various corporate functions to revolutionize problem-solving approaches and operational methodologies. This leadership position will be instrumental in delivering both brownfield and greenfield initiatives throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Process Transformation: Define and implement robust business process improvements, including establishing baseline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging analytics, root cause analysis, and industry best practices to optimize efficiency, throughput, scalability, and/or customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams to map complex, often ambiguous, cloud-based end-to-end processes. Gather inputs from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting priorities, and establish realistic, effective delivery timelines for improvement initiatives.
  • Strategic Risk Assessment: Apply deep business acumen to proactively identify enterprise risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies. Design actionable, scalable plans with well-defined, measurable outcomes, ensuring meticulous alignment with organizational goals and all pertinent regulatory requirements.
  • Transformation/Change Management: Develop comprehensive change management strategies to guarantee the successful adoption and long-term sustainability of process enhancements. Prepare targeted communication plans, essential training materials, and robust stakeholder engagement strategies, effectively addressing resistance and navigating intricate organizational complexities.
  • Executive Communication & Influence: Clearly and succinctly communicate process recommendations, data-driven insights, and shifting priorities to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Expertly tailor messaging to diverse audiences and prepare compelling executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish, regularly track, rigorously analyze, and report on critical process performance metrics, consistently identifying opportunities for further refinement and optimization. Develop intuitive dashboards or scorecards to transparently share progress and outcomes with leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Program Management: Organize interdepartmental activities, ensuring the timely completion of the product/program/project within specified schedule and budget constraints. Assign and diligently monitor the work of systems analysis and program staff, providing essential technical support and clear direction.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
