About The Role
Oracle is seeking a strategic, senior Product Marketing Manager to define how Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse is understood, valued, and chosen by enterprises navigating the AI and data platform landscape. In this high-visibility role reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will own the complete positioning and messaging architecture for Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse - creating the foundational story that powers every go-to-market motion, from analyst briefings and press announcements to sales plays and executive keynotes.
We are looking for a marketing leader who brings equal parts strategic clarity and executional drive—someone who can distill the complexity of a converged AI Lakehouse platform into a message that resonates with a CIO evaluating enterprise data strategy and a data engineer evaluating query performance. You will be the connective tissue between product, sales, field marketing, communications, and analyst relations, ensuring that Oracle's AI Lakehouse story is coherent, compelling, and consistently delivered across every channel and constituency.
Preferred Qualifications
What You Bring:
- 8 years of B2B product marketing experience in enterprise cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML, with a demonstrated track record of owning end-to-end positioning for a complex technical product.
- Deep understanding of the AI and data platform market - including converged databases, data lakehouses, vector search, and agentic AI - and the ability to connect platform capabilities to tangible enterprise business outcomes.
- Proven experience leading or substantially contributing to analyst relations programs (Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape), including preparation of briefing materials, RFI responses, and vendor positioning strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build enterprise sales plays from scratch, including customer segmentation, competitive displacement strategies, and field enablement materials that are actively adopted by sales teams.
- Exceptional executive communication skills—comfortable presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders both internally and in customer/analyst settings.
- Experience working with global marketing teams and adapting core messaging frameworks for regional and industry-specific audiences.
- Strong background in market analysis, customer research, and competitor intelligence, with the ability to turn qualitative and quantitative insights into decisive positioning recommendations.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and can manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Own the positioning and messaging framework: develop and maintain the authoritative messaging framework for Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse - including market definition, target customer profiles, differentiated value propositions, proof points, and objection handling - used by sales, marketing, PR, and executive communications globally.
- Drive AR/PR strategy: serve as the primary product marketing partner for analyst and press relations, preparing and delivering executive briefings for Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and leading technology media; owning Oracle's narrative in market evaluations; and translating market feedback into actionable product and marketing guidance.
- Build and activate sales plays: design and launch comprehensive sales plays for Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse's priority use cases, complete with customer targeting guidance, competitive differentiation, proof points, and supporting content assets.
- Lead go-to-market strategy: partner with product management and regional sales teams to develop GTM plans for major capability areas and market segments, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and the public sector, ensuring messaging is adapted to industry-specific buyer priorities.
- Shape the executive narrative: prepare executive keynote frameworks, investor briefing materials, and strategic narrative documents that articulate Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse's differentiated position within Oracle's broader AI and cloud strategy.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment: serve as the messaging authority across product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, partner marketing, and communications teams, ensuring consistent and mutually reinforcing storytelling across all channels.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 - $264,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
