As a Senior Principal Consultant at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in partnering with customers to drive successful Oracle NetSuite application implementations. This involves a blend of functional expertise, strong consulting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, integrated software solutions that meet complex business needs.

You will work independently, applying Oracle methodology and leading practices to deliver functional and technical solutions. This position also offers opportunities to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to document and validate business requirements, mapping them to solution functionality.
• Configure and customize the Oracle NetSuite application to meet customer business needs.
• Conduct sessions with customers via phone or in person, attend project meetings, and provide status updates.
• Provide ongoing consulting and general assistance, acting as a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas.
• Contribute to the solutions repository, best practices, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Participate in Subject Matter Expert programs, blending technology with business innovation.
• Support the sales cycle through scoping Professional Services engagements and executive-level prospect meetings.
• Assist in expanding Professional Services sales within the installed base and promoting Oracle NetSuite value to prospective customers.
• Train and mentor more junior consulting staff.
• Operate independently to deliver quality work products for engagements.
• Apply independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology effectively.
• Lead solution design and implementation, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions.
• Act as a team lead on projects, offering coaching and guidance to develop team members' skills.
• Effectively consult with management of customer organizations.
• Participate in business development activities and develop detailed solutions for complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 or more years of cumulative relevant experience in ERP solution functional implementation and/or administration.
• Expertise in Products industry vertical focused ERP solutions, with Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Oracle NetSuite platform solution experience strongly preferred; however, competing platforms will be considered.
• Strong consulting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Proven project and team leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• NetSuite product certification is a plus.
• English language read/write/speak proficiency.

Travel

Modest to moderate travel may be required as appropriate for client engagements.
