The Senior Principal Applied Scientist Generative AI will work with world-class scientists, engineers, and product managers to develop and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI, conversational agent, and analytics solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep research on conversational agentic AI systems.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of scientists and engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI and Analytics into products.
  • Innovate by identifying new opportunities in conversational and agentic AI.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have a PhD (or Master’s with extended experience) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics or a related field, with extensive experience in deep learning, NLP, and Agentic AI. A strong publication record, leadership in R&D, and deep technical expertise in machine learning algorithms are required.
