About the Senior Manager Role

Oracle is seeking highly seasoned Managers with extensive background in Cloud Infrastructure and managing wide scale, cross-team projects. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background managing technical Project Managers in complex deployments including capacity planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong technical knowledge of software development lifecycle and cloud technologies.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams to drive projects.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
• Apply independent judgment to solve complex business issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Benefits
