Oracle Health Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Engagement Owner to lead strategic client engagements across complex healthcare technology programs. This role serves as a primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for Oracle Health clients, accountable for engagement success, executive stakeholder alignment, financial performance, delivery quality, and measurable client outcomes. The Senior Engagement Owner will partner closely with client executives, Oracle Health Consulting leadership, sales, solution teams, and delivery organizations to ensure programs are delivered with operational rigor, transparency, and sustained business value. This role is ideal for a healthcare IT consulting leader who can manage ambiguity, influence across matrixed teams, and drive disciplined execution across large-scale EHR, managed services, optimization, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex Oracle Health client engagements from initiation through execution, stabilization, and ongoing value realization.
  • Serve as the primary engagement leader for assigned clients, establishing strong executive relationships and maintaining clear governance, communication, and escalation pathways.
  • Own overall engagement performance, including scope, schedule, financials, risks, issues, resource alignment, client satisfaction, and delivery quality.
  • Partner with Oracle Health Consulting, sales, solution management, and delivery teams to align client needs with Oracle capabilities and strategic account objectives.
  • Develop and maintain engagement plans, executive status reporting, RAID logs, resource forecasts, and financial tracking mechanisms.
  • Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of barriers impacting client success.
  • Support business development and expansion opportunities by identifying client needs, shaping solution strategies, and contributing to proposals, statements of work, and renewals.
  • Ensure consulting delivery standards, contractual commitments, and operational processes are consistently followed.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and urgency, ensuring resources understand priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of healthcare IT, consulting, client delivery, program management, or enterprise technology implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex healthcare technology engagements, preferably involving EHR implementation, optimization, managed services, revenue cycle, clinical operations, or enterprise transformation.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with C-suite, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Experience with consulting financials, including forecasting, margin management, utilization, change control, and contract compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, including executive-level reporting, issue framing, decision facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-pressure client situations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Health, Cerner or other enterprise EHR experience.
  • Prior consulting leadership experience within a healthcare technology or professional services organization.
  • PMP, PgMP, CSM, ITIL, or similar project/program management certification.
  • Experience supporting large health systems, national clients, community hospitals, academic medical centers, or integrated delivery networks.
  • Familiarity with managed services, application support, EHR optimization, clinical workflows, revenue cycle operations, or healthcare interoperability.
