Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an accomplished Senior Director Software Development OCI DDoS Network Security. You will spearhead critical DDoS protection and network security initiatives for OCI, shaping strategy, architecting solutions, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor multiple high-performing software engineering teams.

  • Innovation & Technical Direction: Leverage deep technical expertise in distributed systems and network operations.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. With 10+ years in people management, candidates must have experience in strategic planning, resource optimization, and performance management within complex enterprise environments. Expertise in networking, cloud infrastructure operations, and large-scale distributed systems is required.

Compensation & Benefits

US hiring range from $141,200 to $338,500 per year may include bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental vision insurance, disability coverage, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and more.
