With your unique combination of analytical prowess and project management skills, you will be the driving force behind our commercial success. This role entails supporting innovative market research studies, harnessing AI technology to help us gain a strategic advantage. Additionally, you will have daily contact with clients, be mentored by senior members of the research team, and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

What You Will Do

  • Support the delivery of primarily quantitative commercial studies across the European Commercial Team in an autonomous way
  • Build knowledge of a variety of techniques and applications of quantitative research
  • Support the design of research material (screener, questionnaire)
  • Perform tasks independently within each step of the project life cycle (Set up / FW / DP /Timelines / Analysis / Deliverable/Admin)
  • Anticipate challenges, work towards implementing cost saving solutions when possible
  • Analyse findings and draw actionable insight to meet client needs, with support
  • Contribute to report writing and quality check
  • Support the design of impactful slides for reports / presentations
  • Actively contribute to the creative storytelling process, thinking beyond PowerPoint
  • Day to day client communication on tactical project aspects; presentation of research insights sections
  • Seek to leverage Oracle technology to improve research practices and outcomes
  • Monitor time own time spent on project

Required Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering, biology, agronomy, statistics, pharmacy, or similar
  • Experience of data manipulation, quantitative analysis and visualisation software and approaches such as Displayr, Apex, IDL, DB actions, notebooks
  • Up to 2 years’ experience in delivering project management in Life Sciences (Market Research preferably)

Preferred Experience

A strong Oncology and/or rare disease interest is appreciated
