About the Role
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with recruiters and hiring managers in a fast-paced recruiting organization. In this role, you will manage recruiting activities, build relationships with internal and external candidates and clients, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide follow-up correspondence and status updates via phone and email.
- Update candidate records and track activities in applicant tracking systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Identify and implement improvements to candidate experience and scheduling strategy.
- Support additional recruiting projects including offer letter management and onboarding.
Qualifications
This role requires 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience, superb communication skills, and proficiency in Exchange, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain strict confidentiality, and possess strong organizational skills.
