Overview

Oracle is seeking a Recruiter to partner with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of top talent on a national basis. The Recruiter will develop and implement recruitment programs and work closely with Oracle’s Lines of Business to drive the full recruiting life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and qualify potential candidates for various hiring initiatives.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies including planning recruitment events.
  • Participate in candidate selection and manage interview processes.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with candidates.
  • Implement recruiting plans with a diversity lens.
  • Lead projects and mentor team members as needed.

Qualifications & Benefits

This role requires compliance with applicable mandates and offers a competitive salary range between $87,000 and $178,100 per year, along with bonus and equity eligibility. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability, life insurance, and more.
