About the Role: Project Resource Coordinator
The Project Resource Coordinator position at Oracle is an entry-level project management role, responsible for diligently managing deliverables throughout the implementation project, including critical milestones and project schedules. A key aspect of this role involves supporting the selection, placement, and resourcing of trainers across diverse training locations for the VA project. You will work closely with managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that training programs are adequately staffed and executed effectively.
Beyond trainer resourcing, this role provides essential support in data collection, information exchange, training operations, and other project-related tasks, contributing as a vital member of the broader support continuum for the VA project.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance upon hiring. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, and minimal yearly travel up to 25% may be required. Please note: individuals residing in the Kansas City, MO metropolitan area and within 50 miles of the Oracle location are not eligible for this remote worker position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex client relationships, employing influence to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to define scope and delivery plans for new requests.
- Oversee the selection and placement of trainers to support training delivery across various locations.
- Partner with internal teams to manage trainer resourcing, scheduling, and deployment needs.
- Facilitate inter-team collaboration concerning trainer selection, training execution, and resource allocation.
- Present proactive next steps or recommendations against project objectives to multiple levels of leadership.
- Track and manage project milestones, timelines, and deliverables; escalate risks or delays as necessary.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate relevant data to support project decisions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Provide administrative support for training logistics, including travel coordination and communication with managers.
- Maintain detailed records of trainer assignments, schedules, and resources.
- Apply consistency and best practices, aligning work with customer standards and defined project scope.
Qualifications
This role involves problem-solving with guidance and assistance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. You will gain competence in your area while acquiring a higher-level understanding of your independent role, processes, and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2-4 years of project coordination, resource scheduling, or related experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong recall ability for names, numbers, and scheduling data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred, including data analysis, reporting, and use of formulas/pivot tables).
- Ability to learn and effectively use Oracle Proprietary people management tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with guidance; eagerness to learn and grow within project management and training operations.
Compensation & Benefits
The hiring range for this role in the US is from $27.07 - $54.13 per hour, equivalent to $56,300 - $112,600 per year. This role may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
