About the Project Manager 2 Role at Oracle
As a Project Manager 2, you will lead a variety of projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will use established project management methods and sound judgment to deliver successful outcomes. This role collaborates with clinicians, business leaders, and IT professionals in support of strategic initiatives for the Tiger Institute and MU Health Care.
Responsibilities
You will maintain project documentation including business case requirements, project charters, timelines, communication plans, issue logs, and risk registers. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining project requirements, scope, resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Driving projects through implementation and achieving milestones.
- Coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and supporting selection and contracting processes.
- Tracking progress, monitoring risks, and escalating issues as needed.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Qualifications & Benefits
This position is open to candidates meeting the applicable requirements including immunization and occupational health mandates. The role includes a competitive salary range ($63,000 - $126,100 per year), bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability insurances, 401(k) plan, paid time off, holidays, and more.
