Role Overview: Process Architect - Healthcare Technology

This role is within our Healthcare Compliance Team and is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing software development processes. The Process Architect collaborates with engineering and compliance teams to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and optimize software development processes.
  • Establish standardized process documentation including workflows and SOPs.
  • Integrate regulatory and quality requirements into development practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes.
  • Monitor process performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field, with 7+ years of experience and at least 3 years in a regulatory healthcare technology environment. Expertise in healthcare regulations (FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485:2016, EU MDR) and experience in process development for software in healthcare settings are essential.
