Overview
As a Principal Software Engineer at Oracle, you will solve challenging technical problems and lead the design, implementation and operation of cloud services for digital media production.
Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, highly available cloud services for media and entertainment. You will engineer services including virtual animation workstations, digital asset management, high performance storage, render farm as a service, license management, and production pipeline management. You will collaborate with geo-distributed teams, lead technical projects, and mentor fellow engineers.
- Design cloud services for high scalability and availability.
- Implement and document microservices for digital media workflows.

Qualifications
Required qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or a related field and extensive experience in enterprise-level software development. Prior experience with media production pipelines such as digital asset management and rendering workflows is highly desired. Proven track record in cloud service design, implementation, and operational excellence is essential.
