At Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), we build the future of the cloud for enterprises as a diverse team of creators and inventors. As a Principal Software Development Engineer - OCI, you will help build new services, operate existing ones, and improve the engineering process.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a set of features through the service.
  • Mentor junior software engineers on the team.
  • Solve complex problems in distributed systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Product, Platform Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver a reliable product.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate delivers robust cloud services with 5+ years of experience in software engineering. Proficiency in Object Oriented languages such as Java, Python, C++, C#, or Golang is expected, along with knowledge of REST architecture, JSON, and production operations.

Work Location

This position is onsite in either Austin, TX or Nashville, TN with relocation assistance provided.
