About the Role

The Principal Program Manager, Datacenter Infrastructure Delivery Engineering at Oracle is responsible for orchestrating complex programs and initiatives to ensure seamless delivery of Oracle's datacenter infrastructure solutions. This role drives strategic growth and operational excellence across critical pillars including Infrastructure Delivery Engineering, Bare Metal Cloud, Data Center Software Platform, White Space Data Hall Design, and Data Center Materials Management.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive plans that align cloud infrastructure projects with Oracle's business strategy.

Program Management: Lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale programs, create project roadmaps, identify dependencies, allocate resources, and conduct regular reviews to monitor progress and mitigate risks.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between engineering, operations, and cloud services teams to ensure unified project delivery.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and industry best practices to optimize workflows.

Risk Management and Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Vendor and Partner Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with procurement and legal teams.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, identify trends, and communicate key metrics via reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Extensive experience in program management within cloud computing or technology industries is required. Must demonstrate strong leadership, project management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Agile), excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to decision making. Experience in cloud infrastructure or data center environments is highly desirable.
