Role Overview
The Principal Product Marketing Programs Lead turns go-to-market strategy into execution. This role is at the intersection of product marketing, sales, and field enablement. You will transform OCI’s GTM priorities into clear, repeatable programs for the field by leading planning, establishing workflows, and creating toolkits that bring OCI’s story to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and activate GTM strategy by partnering with leadership.
- Lead GTM planning with clear sales plays, campaigns, and product launches.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across products and campaigns.
- Collaborate on integrated programs with marketing, advertising, events, and enablement.
- Create and maintain field-ready toolkits and digital assets.
- Measure program adoption and market impact, refining strategies with data.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with 5+ years in product marketing, campaign management, or GTM roles. Must demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication, and collaborative skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise cloud, SaaS, or AI-related marketing with familiarity in digital campaign development and global program execution.
Location & Work Arrangement
This is an onsite position primarily in Nashville, TN with secondary opportunities in Austin, TX or Seattle, WA. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a salary range from $97,500 to $199,500 per year. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, holidays, and more.
